Schrock Hampshires

We purchased "Hands On" from Wheaton Hampshires at the 2008
Midwest Stud Ram Sale where he was the 1st Place Feb. Ram
Lamb. He is RR, sired by Miller's "Classic" and dammed by a Miller
"Masterpiece" grand daughter. His pedigree is lined up! In his first
lamb crop, he sired our highest quality set of lambs as a whole that
we have had thus far. To compliment his loaded pedigree, he sires
upheaded, long bodied lambs that are big topped, while also being
wide and flat in their loin with great length of hind saddle. He works
well for both wether type sheep and slick sheared Hampshire
sheep. We purchased this ram with Kleinert Hampshires and Adams
Hampshires.

"High Standards" is RR and sired by Gordeneer's "Custom Built". The dam
of this ram is sired by Plaza Hamp's "Unleashed" and out of a Schlichter
"Throttle" daughter. Of all the rams that we have used, he is the best
combination of wool, bone, straightness of top, and structural
correctness. Thanks to Bobby Spoonster for allowing us to buy half
interest in this outstanding ram lamb.

Our new lead stud ram for the 2010 lamb crop will be
"Trendsetter". We purchased 1/2 interest in this buck.
Bobby Spoonster owns the other 1/2. We bought this
outstanding ram lamb from DOA Hampshires. His flashy
profile, smooth and elevated front end, wool, and
straightness of top will be the traits we look for him to
pass down to his offspring. Look for his progeny this
spring!
